1.Who we are and the scope of this policy
Fatreena (فاترينا) is a service that manages shops' social media accounts on behalf of their owners: we design, write, schedule and publish posts, and send a monthly report. In this policy, “we” means Fatreena, and “you” means the shop owner or their representative, or a visitor to the website.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights over it. It applies to the fatreena.com website, to our communication with you on WhatsApp and email, and to the service itself. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2.Data we collect
- Contact details: your name, your shop's name, activity and city, your mobile or WhatsApp number, and your email if you provide it.
- Shop content: photos of your products and shop, your logo, and the prices, offers and information you send us to include in posts.
- Account access: permission to publish and manage content on your accounts, obtained through the platforms' official permission systems. We never ask for or keep your account passwords.
- Performance data: post statistics (such as reach and engagement) provided by the platforms, used to prepare the monthly report.
- Messages: our conversations with you, including your approvals and comments on posts.
- Subscription data: your chosen plan, subscription dates and payment records.
When you visit the website: we use a visitor-statistics tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not store your IP address. It only gives us general numbers, such as the number of visits, the most visited pages, device type and country. We do not use any advertising or ad-tracking tools. The website also stores one simple marker in your browser so it doesn't replay the animated intro on every visit; it contains no personal data.
3.How we use your data
- To provide the service: enhancing photos, writing captions, preparing the posting schedule, and publishing what you approve.
- To communicate with you about your subscription, posts and approvals.
- To prepare the monthly report on your accounts' performance.
- To improve the quality of our service and the way we work.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to advertise for other parties. We process it based on your consent and only as needed to deliver the service you subscribed to.
4.Nothing is posted without your approval
We send you posts before publishing them, and we never publish anything on your accounts until you approve it by WhatsApp message. We use publishing access only to carry out what you approved, and for no other purpose.
6.Processing data outside the Kingdom
Some of the tools and platforms we use run on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so some of your data, such as product photos and captions, may be processed outside it. We make sure to transfer only what is needed to provide the service, and to work with well-known providers that apply appropriate protection standards.
7.How long we keep data
- We keep your data for as long as you are subscribed.
- After you cancel, we keep it for 90 days, so it's easy to come back if you want, and then we delete it permanently.
- You can ask us to delete it before then at any time.
- We keep financial records only for the period required by law.
- Posts already published on your accounts stay there and remain yours; we don't delete them when you cancel.
8.Removing account access
You can remove Fatreena's access to your accounts at any time, either from the platform's own settings (such as partner settings in Meta Business Suite), or by asking us, and we will remove it within one business day. Posting stops as soon as access is removed.
9.Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- Know what we collect about you and why.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, knowing that this may prevent us from continuing to provide the service.
We respond to your request within thirty days of receiving it. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before carrying out the request.
10.Protecting your data
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including relying on official permissions instead of passwords, limiting access to the team members who need it, and enabling two-factor authentication on our accounts. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will notify you as required by law if an incident affects your data.
11.Showing our work
We do not show our work for your shop (such as “before and after” photos or your posts) on our website, accounts or marketing materials without your explicit approval by WhatsApp message. You can withdraw this approval at any time, and we will remove the work shown.
12.Who our services are for
Our services are intended for shop and business owners and their adult representatives, and are not intended for anyone under 18.
13.Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page with each update. If a change is significant, we will notify subscribers by WhatsApp or email before it takes effect.
